Hi, I’m Jose Martinez, the owner of ProDeck Chattanooga.
Carpentry has been my trade my whole life, but for a stretch of it, I learned the craft in unsupportive environments where clients were treated as nothing more than transactions.
ProDeck is the answer to that. I started this company in 2020 because homeowners deserve a team that gives straight answers, stays on the job, and genuinely takes pride in what they build.
Our team culture is one of the things I’m most proud of. The crew you’ll have on your property arrives in a good mood and works hard. That’s what happens when people feel valued at work.
Everyone on this team shows up for the same reason, even if they’d each describe it a little differently. It’s the grandkids taking over the deck on a Saturday morning. The backyard dinner party that finally has the right setting.
