Frequently Asked Questions
Yes. We come to your home, measure the space, and walk through your vision with you at no cost. If you’re located more than 90 minutes out, we do charge a small travel fee to cover the distance.
Yes, our minimum project size is $5,000. This ensures we can allocate the right crew, time, and materials to do the job right.
Yes, through HFS Financial. If financing works better for you, we make the process simple and quick.
We don’t take on small repairs like swapping out a single board or post. Our focus is on full deck replacements, redecking, and expanding footprints. If you think there might be underlying structural issues, we’ll inspect them and go over what makes sense for your situation.
Absolutely. Using the ScreenEze system, we can screen in an open patio cover in just a few hours.
Depends on what you build. Composite decking, pavers, and stamped concrete need very little (maybe a pressure wash once a year). Meanwhile, pressure-treated wood requires annual cleaning and staining to keep it from warping and looking worn.
Yes, every quote includes a free 3D rendering delivered the same day as your consultation. For more complex projects, it might take until the next day. We’ll adjust the design as many times as you like until it matches your vision.
Deck costs vary by project, but a typical 12×12 deck usually costs around $9,000-$15,000. Pressure-treated wood falls on the lower end, while premium composites like Trex or TimberTech are on the higher end. We use a “good, better, best” pricing structure so you can choose what fits your budget and priorities.
Not at all. We handle permits, inspections, and all the paperwork. You just get to enjoy the finished space.
No. We stick to what we do best: decks, patios, covers, outdoor kitchens, pergolas, and hardscaping. Pools and landscaping aren’t part of our service offering.
All projects come with a 3-year workmanship warranty. If anything needs fixing within that window, we’ll handle it at no cost.
Yes. A lot of contractors won’t touch complicated roof tie-ins, but we have the experience and structural know-how to integrate new builds into even the trickiest existing rooflines.
