Full replacements, redecking, and footprint expansions are our focus. If you’re genuinely uncertain about what your deck needs, reach out, and we’ll come take a thorough look at no charge.

How long does a full replacement take?

The vast majority of our projects are completed within 1 to 3 days. Concrete footers require curing time, which can extend the timeline. That said, smaller, 10×10 or 12×12 decks can often be finished in a single day.

Do you warranty your work?

Yes, every build is covered by our 3-year workmanship warranty. On select pressure-treated wood projects, we occasionally extend that coverage to five years. We’ll tell you exactly where your project stands on warranty before any work begins.

How do I know if my deck needs a full replacement?

That’s the exact question our free on-site assessment will answer. Rot on the surface can be isolated, but it can also indicate serious damage underneath. We inspect the full structure and share what we find with complete transparency so you can make an informed decision.

What materials do you work with?

Our tiered packages cover pressure-treated wood, mid-range composites, and premium brands including Trex, TimberTech, and Deckorators. During the consultation, we’ll explain each option clearly so you can choose the material that fits your home and maintenance preferences.

Is there a minimum project cost?

Our minimum project size is $5,000 across all projects. Most residential deck replacements exceed that, but it’s worth knowing before you reach out.
