Every build is backed by our 3-year workmanship warranty. On select pressure-treated wood projects, we occasionally extend that coverage to 5 years.

How long does a deck replacement take?

Most projects are finished in 1 to 3 days. Compact decks, such as 10×10 or 12×12, can often be completed in a single day. Some builds take longer because concrete footers require adequate curing time.

What materials can I choose from?

We offer options across a range of budgets and preferences, including pressure-treated wood, mid-range composites, and premium brands like Trex, TimberTech, and Deckorators. During your free consultation, we’ll discuss these options with you so you can choose the material that best fits your home and lifestyle.

What happens if something goes wrong during the build?

They were very responsive and kept me updated every step of the way. They honored any requests I made and were polite and clean. To say they were hard workers was an understatement.

Awesome work on rebuilding or deck and adding on a screened in porch. They were very responsive. Molly did an excellent job at helping us pick out the materials for our budget and gave us 2 different options with detailed estimates for both.

Workers showed up and worked hard with attention to detail. At the end of the project we were asked to give them a punch list and it was very small but the couple things we had on it they had them fixed the following day. Great company. I highly recommend them.
